KACHOW MOMENT/SUBJECT EXPLANATION:
okay. Friday morning. Sister Andrade, my companion wakes up and says that she was up all night throwing up and still didn't feel well. So I had her stay in bed for a little while I got ready. So I did my exercises with Sister Corbridge and then I took a shower and then we made our breakfast. I started my study with a prayer and the moment that I finished, CRASH. I hear in the most weak voice " Sister Sister!" I jump up and just see blood. Sister Corbridges thumb was shooting out blood. She has an issue with blood so she started to faint. I grabbed her and we ran to the kitchen and I started cleaning her thumb and she was on the ground leaned up against my legs. My comp started to get up to help but I quickly told her to go back and lay down. Sister Machado realized what was going on and started to clean up the crime scene in the front room. I started asking Sister Corbridge random questions about BYU #gocougs to keep her awake. I got the thumb all cleaned and we started walking out and she fainted again. Got her up. We got her rested, got the bloodiness under control, peace was restored.
SPIRITUAL MOMENT:
this last week we were WORKING SO SO HARD. Trying to do EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING to fulfill our purpose and be productive. I was feeling good, but I was also feeling a little numb. I was feeling the Spirit but wasn't sure how if He was feeling me, I don't know if that makes sense. A lady in our ward who has a calling with missionary work spoke on Sunday. When she was talking about her mission, I had the most amazing calming and peaceful overwhelming feeling and then I heard the words "Eu estou aqui". I BAWLED. It was exactly what I needed to hear ay the exact moment that I needed to hear it.
Eu estou aqui= I am here
THE HOLY GHOST IS HERE. WITH ME. WITH YOU. WE JUST NEED TO LOOK FOR HIM.
So grateful to be out here serving my Savior with everything that I have. And have the great examples that I have as well.
God loves you and so do I!
