SUBJECT EXPLANATION: 

I *technically hit 13 months! But February doesn't have 30 days so.... also. 

13 by LANY. (I miss LANY so bad. Go listen to it for me.)


WEEKLY LIGHTS: 

-exchange in Santa Rita with Sister Lopes! She's from Cape Verde and is super neat. We climbed LITERAL MOUNTAINS. Okay not mountains but you know the streets in San Francisco? It's like that and maybe worse. 

- teaching an English class with two Americans haha it was interesting to say the least... but we taught everyone I'm a Child of God in English! 

- seeing some guy with an artic monkeys shirt. Had to teach him who they were but both of our lives changed. 

- exchange in... GUARABIRA! with THE SISTER ST CLAIR. It's been over a year of not serving close to her so it's about time. Guarabira looks like IDAHO GUYS. so much GREEN. SO MUCH. and SO MANY COWS. AHHHH

- zone meeting where we gave a training about following the spirit diligently #slaps

- meeting a referral from the elders who cam to church with us! He is super interested! He also plays basketball and American football ! #USA

- meeting a football player for the American football team here 🙌🏽 

-having our friend luciana come to church with us yesterday! 


KACHOW MOMENT: 

I got pretty sick yesterday and at church I wasn't doing so hot and all of the members were super worried so they took us to the hospital and made sure that we were well taken care of :)) it's not dengue... at least we think


SPIRITUAL MOMENT: 

I finished the book of Mormon again this week and I just have to testify that this book is the most correct book. It this the book that has the power to answer all of our questions and doubts. He changes lives. Go and read it. You won't regret it. 


God loves you and so do I!

João Amorim, 429 Centro 58013-310 João Pessoa - PB Brazil SUBJECT EXPLANATION:  We were walking one night to the church on a road that we've walked plenty of times before and out of nowhere, my companion gets nailed in the head with a rock. Like a full on pedra. Yeah, it was some drugged lady who threw it. #prayforher Sister Facchini is fine and wasn't hurt but it was kinda cool not gonna lie. I'm serious she's fine, she laughed about it immediately after.  WEEKLY LIGHTS:  - Miguel e Vitoria were interviewed for baptism! But they have kinda lost the desire to be baptized.
