SUBJECT EXPLANATION: 

it's a great song by Rhianna. And the Lord has been lifting me up everyday this week and holding me down at night and letting me sleep the whole night through! #imwreckeddddd


Hi friends! 


WEEKLY LIGHTS: 

-marking Manoel for baptism! 

- playing/teaching American football 🏈 

- hitting all of our goals this week!! 

- having eight of our friends at church this week! And marking a follow up appointment with almost all of them! 

- my plan got here...

- Elder Valenzuela and his wife came to our mission! We had leadership council with them and then a conference! It was so neat to be with a special witness of the Lord and to hear and feel his testimony! 

- had exchanges this week with Sister Machado! Went back to Santa Rita and had to climb those mountains.... AGAIN. 

- taking a bucket shower! #firsttimer 

- having a ward activity for the first time in MONTHS. and seeing so much success from our friends and members!! 


KACHOW MOMENT: 

this transfer I have had a goal to arrive at the apartment every night DEAD. WIPED. I want to drain myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually EVERYDAY to truly get everything out of the mission. And to truly give everything of me to the mission. This week was the week. Yall don't even believe how tired I was this week. And today, I didn't even sleep a whole lot but I know the Lord is pleased because He keeps lifting me up and giving me energy EVERYDAY. This proves to me that the Lord loves effort and will never give a commandment without giving a way to keep it. #3nefi3:7


SPIRITUAL MOMENT: 

Elder Valenzuela spoke to us during the leadership conference about our divine potential. We all have divine potential and the Lord wants us all to know it. And to reach it. He gives us countless opportunities to see it but WE ARE THE BLIND ONES. I encourage and invite all of you to pray to see your divine potential. Our Heavenly Father knows and loves each one of you more than you could EVER IMAGINE.


Also, please pray for Manoel!! And Arthur! And Cecília!!!!


God loves you and so do I!

And we went to another city that is even more in the middle of nowhere.  The car we were in wasn't the  safest either ahaha. #gottalovebrasil As we were traveling, I had a vision. I saw that the car blew up in smoke and that we would be stranded in this city until late. And then... it happened. Thirty seconds after we turned a corner and all we heard was BOOM. and all we saw was SMOKE. everyone was okay but something overheated. We stayed there working for a few hours and it got dark real fast. We all prayed and the car was ready and then we left! We are all fine but it wasn't the greatest feeli...
