SUBJECT EXPLANATION: 

we have electric shower heads here because they don't have water heaters. (Super safe right? Lol the lord is always protecting)  But it's been 14 months since I've taken a hot shower or even wanted to take one. (Hint, I've been out for 14 months heheh) this week I had a cold and a fever and it was raining. So I took a hot shower. IT FELT NOICE. The next morning, I went to take a shower and the hot water was turned off. I kept it off and turned the water on and got under the water. Then I heard BOOM šŸ’„. And saw sparks. Then I turned and looked around, and their were flames. On my showerhead. I quickly turned the water off and screamed for my companion. Grabbed my towel and she came in and all we saw was smoke. All we smelled was burnt plastic. And don't worry, I know you are all asking yourself, "WAIT. Sister Peterson didn't shower?? šŸ¤¢" hahah calm down. Nope! Well, at least not in my shower lol šŸ˜… 


WEEKLY LIGHTS: 

- Karlinhos got baptized!! His dad and brother were baptized late last year and early this year and he has been waiting ANXIOUSLY all this time and the day arrived! It was the day of transfers and was a MESS but it all worked out because....

-SISTER PALMER AND I STAYED TOGETHER!! We're pumped. We literally jumped in the church. It's gonna be lit. 

- Manoel passed the Sacrament!! It was awesome to see! 

- ate fish twice. Didn't like it. 

- was in a trio for a day with THE SISTER CHAPMAN. 

- HAPPY EASTER! šŸ£ šŸ—æ šŸ° 

- made and atĆ© chocolate eggs. It was awesome. 


KACHOW MOMENT: 

At the church buildings here, there is a gate and a door that has a lock that you don't need the keys to lock, just to unlock. I happened to leave the keys inside the church when we were leaving this week. NOT ONCE. BUT TWICE. So we were locked inside the gate, but outside the building. What talent, am i right? The elderes had to save us one time and the Bishops daughter the other time. So yeah, kachow. 


SPIRITUAL MOMENT: 

I absolutely ADORED following the church's study plan this week! I love getting to know my Savior through His works and words. I encourage you all to spiritually prepare for this next week to get to know Him even more through the words of His prophet and apostles! 

God loves you and so do I!

Like a full on pedra. Yeah, it was some drugged lady who threw it. #prayforher Sister Facchini is fine and wasn't hurt but it was kinda cool not gonna lie. I'm serious she's fine, she laughed about it immediately after.  WEEKLY LIGHTS:  - Miguel e Vitoria were interviewed for baptism! But they have kinda lost the desire to be baptized.
